I brought my 40" tv on Thanksgiving night at Walmart 2015. It just now went dead on me. This is a bedroom tv. I figured it would last longer. Guess it was lucky to go 6 years. New brand now! Not Emerson!
Sounds drops out sometimes and we have to shut it off and on again for it to work, then no problem maybe for a week or so. Wouldn't buy again. Also poor sound with very small speakers. Had to get external Bose speakers to hear ok.

Well we have two Emerson Flat Screen TVs. Both way over four years old. Most Newer TVs go out by this time. I have Chromebook and laptop that I can cast to both TVs with ease. We just bought a TCL Roku TV cause of my neck surgery. I've tried casting movies to it and it doesn't work apparently you have to have an HDMI cord which sucks cause it's mounted on the wall so you can't set a laptop or Chromebook on the floor. I wish I could ask him to take the TCL TV back but I'm going to need it for the next 6 weeks. I'm about to have another neck surgery. We will stick with Emerson from now on. It's by far the best brand we have ever had.
I have an Emerson tv and have never had any problems with it, been a great tv. It has good color and clear picture. I have had this tv for about 8 years and still plays great. I would buy this brand again.
I have had my Emerson TVs for 7 years. I have never had any problem with them and the picture is as crisp and beautiful as the day I bought them. I would recommend an Emerson to anyone who wants a great TV at an affordable price.
I purchase a brand that I was unfamiliar with because the price was extremely reasonable 12 years ago. It still has a great picture and sound for a flat screen. It was $98 for a 32 inch. The television worked out great and I was pleasantly surprised.
I bought this little TV many, many years ago... probably over 13 years ago... and it has worked perfectly that I hesitated trading it in for a new one. When I do trade, it will most likely be for a Smart TV.
I received my first TV an Emerson 13 inch b&w in 1983 for my birthday present. Owned one ever since. Only problem has been the remote. That's it. Currently watch 32 inch Walmart LED. Have had it since Thanksgiving 2008. Needs remote again.
Beware, I purchased 50" Emerson LED TV from Walmart. It lasted 13 months. The middle of the screen started getting darker than the rest. Then a total Black screen. The backlight went out. It happened one month out of warranty.
We first bought our 40" Emerson in 2013. We love the picture quality and the sound so much we bought three more for each room in the house and bought a 51" for our living room. They're very affordable and good working equipment. I will continue to buy Emerson products. We still have our 40" in our bedroom after five years.
Emerson - 32-Inch LCD HDTV w/ Digital Tuner BLC320EM9 Reviews
I bought this for my husband's "man cave" and he uses it as a computer screen. It works very well for him and is satisfied with the color output. We purchased this because it fell into our price point and I do have to say it beats my expectations with the quality and color output.
So, I has the same litte 19" box TV for 8 years. That is until i got married to my husband who just had to have a bigger and better TV. Emerson is such a well known brand and they did not fail to keep up with their reputation. We bought this TV after looking at several others. The price was just right and the color is great. When my husband shops for TV's that is the screen is what he compares. You know how in the store they have 20 tv's showing the same movie or show. Well he will walk up real close, then go back really far, then look from the sides to. This TV passed his tests as having the best picture in all those situations. I really like it to and it is just the right size. The two things I like about it are the sleep timer and the HDMi port. It doesn't get really hot like other TVs I have had so that is good to. It cleans well wo with LCD TV wipes. It looks really nice in our living room as well.
A few years ago it was official that we needed a new TV. Our old TV was just that, getting very old and with the new HDTV technologies available we knew it was only a matter of time until our old TV became obsolete. That and we had the additional problem that our TV was probably the heaviest TV I've seen in a long time and we needed to move our living room once we had child #2 to gain additional space. So, we really wanted a TV we could wall mount and not worry about falling and potentially killing one of our children. I found a deal on the 32" Emerson HDTV on a Black Friday sale and jumped on it with some Christmas money relatives had sent us. And man am I EVER so glad we upgraded! The 32" screen isn't HUGE by any stretch of the imagination, but you can see it easily from across our living room...about 12' or so and the picture remains crystal clear. You can view it from an angle and the picture doesn't deteriorate too much (a problem I've seen with a lot of other flat screen TV's). The TV is lightweight and is easily wall-mounted, which keeps kid's fingers off the TV screen and you don't have to worry if they somehow manage to pull the TV down on top of themselves. Overall for the 300.00 I paid for it, the TV has been used CONSTANTLY pretty much over the past two years and hasn't had any problems to speak of. So, I'm very happy with it. My biggest complaint with the new LCD screens is that they are somewhat hard to clean unless you are VERY careful so that you don't end up scratching the screen or something, but so far my TV has cleaned up very well and has had a lot of different dirty fingerprints on it (amazing how kids find ways to touch a TV even when it's over four feet off the ground). I'd definitely recommend this TV to others.
It was Black Friday, literally it was black outside when I got in line. I purchased this product the day after Thanksgiving because it had a feature I really look for in TV's. Amongst other favorite qualities, I would like to specifically mention the sleep timer. I often forget to check for this feature while shopping or when I'm in the market (I also like the automatic turn on feature so that it I can use it as an alarm), but I actually knew this feature was available before I purchased it. I pften find myself falling asleep while watching TV and this will burn electricity until i wake up, so it also serves as an energy saver. This was the selling point (or in my case "sold" point). It is a 720p LCD disply HDTV, 32" screen TV (1336 x 768 resolution) that is a perfect addition for my bedroom. It attaches to mounts so it is on a swivel on my wall and though I was leary about the 720p, this actually puts out a better picture than I expected. Although it is 5 months since purchase, I find that it has taken me this long to truly appreciate the TV and it's value.
I am in the same boat as everyone else with this Emerson 32 inch LED TV. I bought this TV on 11-5-11 at Wal-Mart. About a month ago, the TV went black and now it will not turn on. I called the 1-888-935-880 number. You never get a real person on the phone. So I have left messages and still no reply. I tried to send a fax to ** and this is someone's cell. This number was given by the answering massage from this company. I have sent an email and they sent me back a message saying that they got it and someone would be getting back to me. I'm still waiting.
On 5-10-2012, I did get a lady on the phone and she said that I needed to fax her a copy of my original recipe. I told her that the fax number was wrong. She gave me another one, and then she said that she would give me a call back when she got it. I am still waiting. I have called as many Emerson electronic numbers as I can. They all say the same thing, "Sorry, we don't take care of that model." What a joke. I will never buy this brand again. I think it is sad that this company won't stand by their products. Out money and now lots of my time, so I hope people will pass this along. If enough people will stop buying this company's product, then maybe they will start taking care of the customers' complaints.
My TV is a joke. It's a 32" Emerson and it has a 6-inch line going through, so you can't watch TV. It's less than 2 years old.
I bought an Emerson 32" LED TV in October of 2011 and now, it won't come on. I contacted Emerson and they said I need my receipt. I told them I don't have it. They said I need a receipt and now they won't return my emails. I even asked them if I could buy the part from them and they still won’t return my emails.
I also am a victim to the Emerson LCD TV LHD32K20US scam. They sell a bunch of garbage TV's and don't return my 20 calls to the customer support people. There should be a recall. I just got ripped off $228. Two months after purchase, the picture went out. I have sound but no picture. If anyone has any info on how to get the customer support to respond to my calls, please let me know.
My 32" Emerson TV (Model no. LC320EMX) went off and won't cut back on. The red and green lights blink back and forward but no pictures. What makes you so mad is that, people are having a hard time now with jobs, trying to pay their bills and taking care of their family, and don't really have the extra money to waste - and purchasing that Emerson TV feels exactly like that. Now my family has to save up to purchase another TV, but I tell you this from the bottom of my heart, it won't be an Emerson. The warranty is no good and the service, too.
I purchased an Emerson 22inch LED TV from Wal-Mart for my boyfriend. I have no clue how nice the picture should be because it never worked from the moment we took it out of the box! My boyfriend is a truck driver and was out of town with the TV and I had the receipt at home, so of course, when he attempted to exchange it at another Wal-Mart, he was denied. By the time he got back to town, of course, I could return it because it was beyond their 15-day return policy for electronics. I called Emerson and was told they would do nothing without a receipt which I no longer have. I did not purchase an extended warranty so now we have a nice shiny piece of **. After reading all of these complaints, I will never buy another Emerson. They should be ashamed.
I bought the TV in December and by April it was broken past the 90 days to return to the store. So, trying to get satisfaction from Emerson is a joke. All they do is keep telling me to call someone else and when I try, all I get is automated **.
I had my 32” TV for 9 months and it started giving me problems. It would turn itself off when I tried to turn it on. It would finally stay on after 15-30 attempts. When I called Emerson, they generously offered to sell me a refurbished TV at a discounted price. Now, I already had a defective TV and they thought I wanted another one! So much for a warranty! I will never own another Emerson product.
I purchased this TV (22 inch Emerson flat screen LCD) in late Oct 2011. I actually purchased two. I opened the first one right away and have no problems. However, I just opened the second TV three weeks ago and it has never worked. I have a white snowy screen with horizontal blue dashed lines going across. No help from customer service and they sounded like robots telling me I only had a 90-day warranty. I am so disappointed in this product and the customer service. I will let Emerson Corp. know that I will never purchase another product from them again and I will let everyone I know not to either.
Emerson 40-inch TV Black Friday Special 2011 - I bought this TV at a great price and, like all you others, waited in line for hours in the middle of the night. I even went to a 2nd Walmart store to find this particular item. It was my first flat screen so I was excited. Recently the color keeps dimming in and out on it and now I'm not very impressed with it. I emailed the company and am waiting on a response, but as I see here, I am sure nothing will be done. I agree with many others that this TV should be recalled.
Just like the rest of them, I bought it (Emerson LCD TV Model LHD32K20US) at a Black Friday Sale 2011 and now it's broken, no picture just sound and it's only April 12 2012. They should have a re-call on their TVs if they can't make them last. I have never had a TV, even used TVs, break in six months or less. Talk about trying to keep junk out of the landfill. Fix their TVs and it would help. We need a recall.
I've read the many other complaints about this 42” LCD TV and see that I'm not alone with this matter. I've had this set for about a month and when I turn it on, it goes black within 30 seconds. I obviously called Wal-Mart - no help. Then: I called the manufacturer: no help. These crooks should be sued and thrown into jail. I have been in retail for quite some time and this company is the worst - just below AT&T.
I bought the 40" Emerson TV four months ago (Black Friday) at Wal-Mart. All of a sudden, it stopped working. I contacted Emerson and they said labor charges would be more than the cost of the TV. They weren't willing to help us and now we are stuck with a black box that doesn't work. I will never ever buy another Emerson product. Lesson learned: "Don't put gold on a sinking ship."
My mother-in-law bought us a 40" TV for Christmas on Black Friday. It was a great deal for $248. I had no complaints with this TV until today. I turned it on and the picture came up for less then 30 seconds then went black. There is sound but no picture. I called Emerson and they said since it was past 90 days, they would pay for the parts to fix the TV but I would have to pay for labor. Labor costs would exceed the cost of the TV. We got less than four months of use and now I have a giant paper weight. This company is a joke and obviously doesn't make quality products. I guess you get what you pay for and I will never purchase another Emerson product ever again!
Our children bought us a 40-inch Emerson flat screen last Christmas, and one week ago, my grandson was watching TV when it started making a hissing sound and grey smoke started rolling out of the top vents. We unplugged it and since we couldn't get it off the wall bracket without help we extended it out as far from the wall as possible. The house was filled with a foul smelling smoke. It stopped smoking after a short time, but we are not willing to take a chance on another Emerson. We plan on trashing it for good. We feel it is unsafe.
I purchased the 32 inch model LC320EM1F TV on black Friday 2010, waiting in line at Walmart for over 6 hours. I did not set the TV up until January as it was gift for my husband’s birthday. This TV was used less than a year when this problem started. I am disappointed that this has lasted for not quite a year. I would have spent a little more for another TV if I had known this was going to be a problem. Since reading the other complaints, I see this is an ongoing issue. I would think it should be recalled as defective!
I called in September 2011 for my 26" LCD TV. The first company took all my information and said we will call back. And then I left for Florida and got back and never got a call, so I called back with my file number and everything. I was transferred to another company because in January 2012, there was a change of branch. So my file number was not good anymore–that’s what they told me. So I went through the same thing again and they told me we will call back and never did. So I went to Wall-Mart in New-Brunswick and told them my story and they could believe the service. So the girl there said, “Usually, we don't do this for a customer, but I will call for you.” And she did. She could believe the 25-minute wait and that she added to push to have service.
So I got the name of the girl that served her and she said just to send a fax and they will send a paper for a refund. But I have to call them back first. So I did and then they told me when I was calling I was giving a number for a 19" TV and now I'm giving a number for a 26" TV. But the only number I was giving is for a 26" TV that is the only TV I have in my house. The other one in my house is a 55" Samsung—the best TV ever and the best service ever with Samsung! She knows the company doesn't want to do nothing for me. So I spent $300 for your TV for 2 months and now I got no service, no TV and I lost $300. So, do you think I'm happy about your service? No!
My Emerson 19" LCD TV is approximately 20 months old. I turned it on, it flashed and went off. That was the end of it. There is no power, no picture, no audio—no anything. I went online to see if others had had similar experiences, only to find dozens (maybe hundreds) of complaints. I called the nearest authorized repair company and explained what had happened. I was told to throw it away and get another brand. I returned it to Wal-Mart and was told no refund or exchange. I called Emerson and they said they could do nothing. I should have bought an extended warranty. I maintain that if they made a decent product, I would not need an extended warranty. We are more fortunate than others since we had 20 months use. Many complainers had far less. My advice to others: do not buy Emerson brand or at least buy the longest extended warranty you can get.
I purchased an Emerson 40 inch TV for my son on November 25th, 2011 for one of his Christmas presents. I actually set up the TV on December 26th. The TV developed a green vertical line on the screen so I called the warranty department on March 26th (exactly three months of use). I was told that since I was past the 90 day warranty, only parts were covered.
The nearest authorized repair shop was 70 miles away and I was told that for them to come to my house would cost $400 for labor and travel costs. If I were to take the TV to them, it would cost me $150 for labor, not including my time and gas to make two round-trips. Judging from the other complaints I have read, it is obvious that the company does not stand by their inferior product and I will never buy an Emerson or Sylvania product again.
Got the Emerson 32 inch LCD TV for Christmas. The warranty ran out and the set went dead. I called tech support to tell them the story. After telling them the problem, they said I should have gotten the extended warranty. No help at all, that is poor tech support in my book.
My 42-inch Emerson TV’s volume turns up or down while it’s on. Seriously, I know they won’t last a lifetime, but at least long enough to enjoy. This is very poor quality from the company that I thought were one of the best brands. I guess not.
The TV will not power up. The TV is still under warranty and I was told that the nearest service center to me is in Columbus, Ohio. They would need a $70.00 fee for labor up front and the shipping is not covered to send it to them.
Unacceptable! My husband and I purchased a 32" Emerson TV from Walmart about nine months ago. While watching the TV in bed one night, it blinked off and to our surprise, it did not come on again. I think this is unacceptable from this company to sell a defective product. After viewing other complaints, I know I will never ever in this life buy anything with their name or logo attached to it! One angry customer, I will stick to Sony, Samsung and other quality products.
I got talked into going to Walmart on Black Friday in 2010. Until a recent mishap, I was actually glad I did it. I purchased a 42" Emerson 1080p LCD HDTV for next to nothing and was quite happy with it. And then, just after the warranty expired, like magic, the TV started having problems--big problems.
Well, they started small but grew like weeds. It all started in the middle of Dora, The Explorer. I went to turn the volume down with the remote and there was no response. I assumed it was the batteries, so naturally, I left my seat and pushed the power button on my Emerson TV. No response. What did I do? I unplugged the ** thing, plugged it back in and pushed power. The blue light came on at the bottom left of the TV. That was it. I temporarily gave up.
I bought this TV last night at Walmart. The worst thing is is that I saw all the complaints but I told myself that if there's that many people reporting the same thing, then they should fix it. So I called Emerson before I bought the product and asked them if they had fixed it. He told me that since he started working there, he hasn't heard anything. But before 2007, it was a problem. So, I said okay. They must have fixed it. Well, apparently not. My brand new TV started to shut itself off, then turn itself on twice this morning. I will bring this TV back to Walmart on Tuesday. I also called Emerson to tell them that they lied to me and that I was never going to buy from them again. I filed a complaint. Here is the model: "LC26OEM2" 26" LCD.
I had a 2008 Emerson TV that the power would turn off on its own until finally it wouldn't turn back on. I called the 877 number and was told there was a problem with the TV and would be covered under warranty. This started in November 2011. I sent the TV back and finally received the first week of January. When I opened it the frame of the TV was damaged, so I had to send it back once again. They tell me that can't fix it, so the send me a refurbished one. I received it on 2/16/12 and had it on for two hours and this one is now shutting off on its own. I emailed immediately at 7:30 PM on the 16th; never got a reply, so I forwarded the same email again at 2:00 PM on the 17th.
Again, no reply. I then called the 877 number again last night and they tell me I have to talk to the warranty department that is closed until Tuesday. I have had a TV for one week since 11/15/11. I have had it with Emerson and will never purchase that brand again. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I did not want someone else’s damaged TV and would have been ok with my original TV. I was told too bad for me, it's refurbished or nothing. I then asked for a refund for the price I paid for it in December 2007, which was $569.00. Well, maybe they would if I could produce the receipt. I don't have a receipt from 4 years ago. I have absolutely had it with this company and their customer service.
My children and I got home and prepared to play the Wii as we do every evening, our normal daily routine, only to try and turn on the 32" LCD Emerson that I purchased during Black Friday of 2010; but nothing happened. I instantly remembered the warranty just expired in December, that I waited in line 6+ hours for. So, I traveled to the garage to find the box with the manual that I kept and called the service number. The foreign-accented lady told me she can't help. The warranty was expired, but she gave me the number to a repair specialist that is 45 minutes from my home.
I'm guessing it's a blown fuse, but I refuse to drive there to have them repair my television that I may not get back for 2 weeks, because after reading reviews on the repair specialists, their turnaround time is that long. I am at a lost for words, because this happened out of nowhere; and now, I have no idea of what to do.
You know the old saying that they sure don't make things like they use to. Well, that’s the truth. My daughter was playing the Wii. She had the band on. I put the foot rest up on my chair and when she went to move she hit the foot rest and the back of the Wii remote came off. A battery went flying and hit the screen. There wasn't a scratch on the screen on the outside but it looked like a 6 inch round area of shattered glass. Then the picture went completely out.
Now come on. Why couldn't just that area be affected and not the whole screen. It was a small battery. Why do they make the screen so fragile to begin with? Now all we have is a 42 inch piece of scrap. There goes almost $500.00 and we waited in line for over 6 hours to get it from guess where? Yep, Wal-Mart! I called them because I took out the extended warranty. That is a joke. It only covers electrical, a lot of good that does me. So from now on the kids can only play games on a regular TV that will probably out last the flat screens.
I bought an Emerson 20" TV/DVD on Black Friday 2010 at Walmart. We've used it for about a year. Recently, the remote started to malfunction. About half the buttons work. Also, the DVD player started rejecting the DVDs. My two and a half year old daughter is very disappointed that her movies don't work. I am upset to read about the poor customer service on both the part of Emerson and Walmart. It sure would be nice to get a replacement. I won't buy an Emerson again, nor a TV from Walmart!
I bought 2 Emerson 32" TVs on Black Friday 2011, and now one of them is stuck on a certain channel, and will not go into HDMI, because of it. The manufacturer refuses to do anything about it, and now I'm stuck with a TV that I cant do anything with, because it won't go into HDMI.
I'm torn between two tvs I see available on Black Friday. One is an LG 55" 1080p 120hz ($500) and the other is an Emerson 50" 1080p 60hz ($288).
The reason why I'm torn is this: everywhere I read, people say Emerson is terrible and to never buy one. Okay, so they're not top-notch, but what is the big deal? The Emerson is nearly half the price for just 5 less inches (and I don't care about 120hz), but is it still worth the extra just for a different brand? Why is Emerson such a byword? Can anyone give me actual details as to how/why it's such a poor brand? I asked a couple friends who have Emersons and they said they're pretty good. One guy said his tv sometimes it gets brighter/darker maybe a couple times during a movie, but I don't see why that would warrant spending twice the amount of money to avoid.
I'm not arguing that Emerson is better than what people say, just stating that I don't get it. If there really is a legit reason why I should pay twice as much for a different brand, PLEASE tell me. Like, do they explode after a year or something?

Emerson Flat Screen TV Reviews
Little Rock, Ar
I bought myself this new 32" Emerson television for Christmas. The television is sleek and light weight. I was able to set it up myself and handle it with ease. The picture is beautiful and the sound quality is great. Although I have only had it for three months, I really love it. I have watched several broadcast shows on this television and also have borrowed DVD movies which I have watched on this television. The price was comprable. The size is great both for viewing and for fitting in anywhere. The television comes on fast, not like some of the other televisions that take several minutes to start up. The television comes with an easy to use remote control that doesn't have alot of buttons to confuse the user. The television also has a set-up so that you can have it shut itself off after a certain time incase you are watching it at bedtime and fall asleep.
I recently bought an Emerson TV and I love it. The picture is great quality. This is a 32" television and I will love watching all of the holiday programs this year with my new Emerson television. Picture Quality The picture is beautiful and sharp. Sound Quality The sound is great. Durability So far, the television seems to be durable. Design The design is great. The television is thin and the screen size is big. The television is light in weight. Performance The performance of this television is great. The picture and sound are outstanding. This is the perfect television. the picture quality, the sound, the screen size, the weight, and the price are all great.
It has a beautiful picture. The sound is good. Problem with audio is that it sometimes goes out when using fast forward. You have to turn off the TV and when it comes back on, the sound is restored. Picture Quality It's pretty clear and sharp. Sound Quality Good sound...very clear. Durability I've had this set just over a year so I don't really know if it's durable...time will tell! Design It is a very nice looking TV. It is very modern and fits with any decor. Performance So far, this TV is performing well.
I bought this television over two years ago and it is still working great. This is a great television that does not use a lot of energy. This television has great picture quality and great sound. I haven't had any problems with it and I don't think I ever will. The HD quality is very sharp on it as well.
The overall rating of the Emerson Flat Screen TV is above average. The Emerson Flat Screen TV is a good overall quality TV with a good quality picture and good quality sound. It also comes with a good variety of features and has a good warranty. For the price, the Emerson Flat Screen TV is one of the best buys at Walmart. Picture Quality The Emerson Flat Screen TV is of very high picture quality. The colors of the Emerson Flat Screen TV are bright and realistic. It also is high definition so those channels offer stunningly bright and vivid pictures. The Emerson Flat Screen TV does need to be slanted down to offer the best picture quality. Sound Quality This Emerson Flat Screen TV has excellent sound quality. The Emerson Flat Screen TV sound is stereo and really projects across the room. This audio almost sounds like a surround sound system. This sound quality is excellent to watch sports or a movie and is of really high quality. Durability My Emerson Flat Screen TV is very durable. The Emerson Flat Screen TV is heavy and is made of really sound and durable material. It is made sturdy and built to last and we have had no problems with this TV. Design The design of the Emerson Flat Screen TV is above average. It is black and very modern looking. The design also makes it easy to access the controls if the remote control battery dies. Performance The performance of the Emerson Flat screen TV is well above average. It serves me as a TV to watch TV shows, a monitor to look at the internet on my computer, and as a movie center to watch movies. While the Emerson Flat screen TV is not a smart TV, it is the next best thing. We have been very pleased with its performance.
My Emerson 47 In. works better than any other Flat Screen I have ever owned. My past experience is with 4 other flat screens and they are all now in the garbage. This television is like new still and has been in use for over two years now. Picture Quality The picture has been the same since I first powered the television on. The color has never been brighter and the sound has never been more crisp. Sound Quality The Sound Quality is great in all mode's. I can listen to music in one mode and watch my sports in another. This feature has always been nice but with the sound that these speakers give out it has been wonderful. Durability Since I have two of the 47 inch HDTV mounted in my living room and master bedroom and never had anything fall or break I would have to say these televisions are very Durable! Since I have always kept the equipment clean and always make sure the mount is strongly secure ( Every 6 months) I never think I have to worry but overall nothing has given out with its durability. Design The design of the television is perfect for my walls, now I cant say this for every house but, my wall has this lip it fits in perfectly with no adjustment to either the wall or the mount. Performance The performance of the television overall has been fantastic.
I have been very impressed with our purchase of the Emerson flat screen television. We had looked at several different brands of televisions and decided on the Emerson flat screen. I am very happy we did. The picture is very clear and also has great color. It is a great television at a great price.
I bought my Emerson TV from Walmart because my last TV broke during a move from apt. to apt. This tv performs extremely well & is worth every penny. Picture Quality The picture quality is very clear & crisp. Sound Quality The sound quality is top notch. There's never any static interference or muffled sounds that you sometimes can hear with other brands. Durability I've hit the tv by accident a few times while vacuuming & the glass never crack or shattered, not even a scratch. It's a durable, high quality product. Design I love the sleek design of my Emerson flat screen tv. Performance The performance of this tv has well exceeded my expectations.
I have the 39" one I truly love it. It is well designed and attractive. Shows an amazing picture. The sound is clear and it commands presents in the room. I love my TV. I recommend this brand to all who is looking or quality and a good deal. It would make a great gift for anyone on any occasion.
