Keno Shooting Range

Shooting Range Closure
09/23/2021: Keno Shooting Range will be closed on 09/30/2021 for maintenance and 10/21/2021 for KDFWR qualifications.
Keno Shooting Range, located on Stearns Ranger District of the Daniel Boone National Forest, features a 25-yard pistol range and a 50-yard and 100-yard rifle range. The range is fully accessible with shooting shelters, benches, target holders and safety berms.
The range was recently reconstructed. With the new construction, the firing line direction was reoriented by 180 degrees. The reconstruction was made possible primarily with Recreation Enhancement Act funds, recreation use fees, and a grant from the National Wild Turkey Federation. The Pine Knot Corps Center also partnered with the Stearns Ranger District to provide labor during the reconstruction.

New public pistol range opens in Meade County
FRANKFORT, Ky. (Dec. 2, 2020) - The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources has opened a dedicated pistol range at Otter Creek Outdoor Recreation Area in Meade County.
The new pistol range, the second operated by Kentucky Fish and Wildlife, opened Dec. 2 and is near an existing rifle range at the area.
“Hunters and recreational shooters made this possible through the federal excise taxes they paid on their purchases of sporting arms and ammunition under the Pittman-Robertson Act,” said Ben Robinson, assistant director of the department’s Wildlife Division. “These Pittman-Robertson funds paid for 75 percent of this project, with Kentucky Fish and Wildlife providing the remaining 25 percent using funds from sales of licenses.”
The new range is an open area surrounded by earthen berms for safety.
Otter Creek manager Ryan Taylor said the range includes six lanes with a maximum shooting distance of 20 yards. The range will be open from dawn to dusk, Wednesday through Sunday. It will be closed Dec. 24-25 for Christmas and Dec. 31-Jan. 1 for New Year’s Day.
Otter Creek charges an admission fee of $3 a day or $30 per year for each person over the age of 12. An additional special activity fee of $7 a day, or $70 a year, is charged to all range users.
Rifle and pistol ranges at Otter Creek are self-service, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Persons using either range must have eye and ear protection.
Shooters at the rifle range may use rifles, muzzle-loading guns and shotguns loaded with single projectile slugs. The range does not allow shotguns with pelleted loads.
Participants at the pistol range also may only use single projectile ammunition.

Julia took me aside and asked if I could borrow five thousand for them, and they would give it back at. The first opportunity. I agreed, although I was not very happy, but Julia was a good girl, she was not bitchy and did not turn up her nose, she always greeted, not like her.
Husband, who always talked The distant light from the wagon flying in the forehead was the last thing that was imprinted in the drunken brain. Strange, but no life flashed before my eyes.
I promise. Feeling his love and warmth, my mother gradually began to calm down and even responded to her son's hug, but she still remained tense. You shouldn't have seen this.

It's just a fact. If a person is touched by the wing of talent, he is like that from childhood, he sees and feels this world differently. Perhaps your daughter or son. Is just like that, I so often hear: "brake, ram, stupid, moron" - in relation to children, it's just a disaster, in utub stupid limited mothers shoot and upload videos - about children's test lessons, homework, misunderstanding of the terms of the textbook, school, etc.
I want to scream, I want to hit these mothers backhand.
