Great 1st Experience!!

I needed a timer for my dryer. They had every part available for the model I have, and the price was much lower than other sources. I needed it ASAP and paid for next day delivery, and it arrived just as promised. I'm happy with my experience and I'm planning on buying more parts from PartsDr. I hope my next transaction is as smooth as my first!

I second many of the reviewers here. Worst customer service, ridiculous return policy that in reality translate to &#;no returns&#;. Waist of money and time. I read so many bad reviews about them, surprise that they are still in business. Did not accept return of completely new product in original box. Made pay for shipping both ways and still holding the part.

Accurate parts, fast shipping.

Ordered dishwasher parts (top and bottom rack rails) around 5pm EST on a Friday. Used standard shipping. The correct parts arrived in two days on Sunday morning.
Installed that day. Working great.
Ordering was easy and shipping was above expectations.

No returns, please

I bought a $50 part from this company and realized before it got to my house it wasn't that. It's still in the shipping box. Parts Dr. makes you meet ridiculous return policies that most people will get frustrated, decide it's not worth it and quit. Who has time? That's what they want you to do. That's the reason for the hurdles. I mean, I assume. That was days ago and they still haven't responded to give me permission to return an unopened item, though they have warned I'll have to pay shipping (again) and pay a restocking fee. Do not do business with this company. Amazon is easier, probably cheaper and you know who you're doing business with. I should have read reviews. That was my only mistake. This company has an average below two stars out of five on another review site. That's a little high, I'd say. All you can do is leave bad reviews so that bad people can't continue to do bad things with good people's money. There is no valid reason to make it this hard for a simple return on an unopened item, except they want to keep the money and not hire more staff to handle returns, so they engineered a solution to hold down returns. The end. Nobody else does business this way. But if they put "no returns" on their website, nobody will buy from them, because returns at Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon, are simple. My advice is don't shop here. Failing that, don't buy anything you might have to return, unless you have a lot of spare time on your hands to deal with Con Dr.

I ordered three replacement parts for a broken LG refrigerator crisper bin. They arrived and were the correct parts as advertised. Parts Dr. has a text field on their site that asks for a model number of the appliance in an effort to assure that a customer purchases the correct parts. Great confidence builder. A few days later I realized that I was missing another part. Once again. I went on the site and entered the same model number and received a &#;thumbs up&#; and an assurance that the new part would fit my fridge. The wrong part arrived. I spoke with Bo at Parts Dr. and he told me that the model fridge I own has been discontinued. He couldn&#;t explain why the Parts Dr. website correctly matched the part with my model number other than to say that I must&#;ve used the wrong model number. I emailed him a copy of the receipt with the model number listed and he wrote back saying &#;If you look closely you&#;ll see that is not the model number that you gave me.&#; At first he wasn&#;t aware that I ordered three other parts using the same model number days earlier and the parts were compatible. His solution was for me to pay for the return of the part and also pay a restocking fee and the balance would be refunded. He didn&#;t have any interest in bringing this error to the web site administrator to avoid any similar problems. I looked up Parts Dr. complaints online before I sent the part back and found several similar complaints where the author was still waiting for their refund months later. Buyer beware.

Parts Dr, I want to thank you for your great service. I ordered a knob for our Whirlpool range yesterday, 5/5/ Literally within an hour I received an email confirming my item had been shipped. My order was delivered this morning. It was a perfect fit and my wife is happy with me again. You see, I originally ordered that part on 3/12/, from one of your competitors. Absolutely the worst company regarding&#;

Absolutely the worst company regarding customer service. i received an email about a partical shipment and received 2 tracking numbers.when order came in and only 3 out of 6 items were received. husband called to see where the other parts were and left voicemail.a gentleman from customer service called back began arguing with husband about the parts that came from 4 location. my husband asked how many more shipments so we can keep eye out.Because email only provided 2 FedEx tracking numbers and the customer service gentleman called my husband ignorant and to reread the only email they sent.and wouldn't provide information on how many tracking orders were sent out.no tracking numbers so we could no idea of a date when arrival. As a customer we should be provided all the tracking numbers for the items we purchase.Need better customer service Reps!if I could rate less I would! Beware of company representative wise!Dont go here and this was the way husband and I was treated just trying to find out info on our shipments and tracking number.Hate to see how you get treated in a worse case scenerio!!!

This place sucks so bad

This place sucks so bad, I know when you google them you get the 5 star reviews first. Look at all the reviews, this company does business by their own rules. I bought a part for dryer and never used it, they claim that I hooked it up. They are rude and I&#;m sure don&#;t know diddle about the parts they sale. I am paying to get the part sent back to me, they want to &#;discard it&#;. I&#;m sure that&#;s crooked talk for we are going to resale it. Well hope this helps people, I&#;m sure they have a great reviews posted, I&#;m sure it&#;s their employees writing the reviews. Sorry to rant about this issue, I&#;m in the oil industry and if we did business like this I would be out of business

Could not Return it

I ordered a part from them and it turned out I didn't need it and it has not been used I plugged it up for 1 second and unplugged it and re-packaged it but they would not take it back because I plugged it in and unplugged it. It is still a Brand new control Panel. They said it was their policy if I plugged it in. It is my policy not to buy anything from them again. That is really crappie business especially when its still new.

No one had this part, I even called SEARS, the Manufacturer of the Refrigerator and they did not have the part. Didn't even know what I was talking about. I got onto their website and the part was exactly what I needed, and I received the part in ONE DAY! Unbelievable service, Price was best available.

Whirlpool Dishwasher Parts Purchase

I have used this site before to buy dishwasher parts and the company is reliable and provides the best parts possible. Many times the manufacturing and quality control is bad at the production level, no fault to PartsDirect. I like them, and will use them again.
