Do I need to create an account?

No. The generator works without an account and nothing you type is required to leave your browser session. An account only becomes useful when you want to reuse clients, send documents by email, and track who has paid.

Which currencies can I use?

Every ISO-4217 currency, with the correct symbol placement, decimal separator and number of decimal places for that currency. Currencies with no minor unit like JPY, and three-decimal currencies like TND and KWD, are handled correctly.

Does it calculate VAT automatically?

Yes. Set a tax rate per line, so one document can mix standard, reduced and zero-rated items. Totals are grouped by rate the way tax authorities expect, and a document-level discount reduces each tax base proportionally.

Can I send a document in my client’s language?

Yes. The generator is available in English, French, Arabic, Spanish and Portuguese, and the document itself is rendered in the language you choose — including full right-to-left layout and Arabic typography.
